As you can imagine, such a busy life goes along with clean eating in order to get the nutrients I need.
Usually meals are prepared on the weekend so that during the week, when the time is limited we can just grab the prepared home made meals.
This does require some planning but the time spent is well worth it.
A typically day looks as described below. Keep in mind that I need to fit my food intake around my Sport activities, so the order and amounts will vary to ensure I have sufficient energy at the right time.
When you put together a meal plan for yourself you need to consider your goals and sport activities. Both together will define your nutritional needs.
